Terms of Service

By accessing or using HireAI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those who request a demo, create an account, or otherwise interact with HireAI.

HireAI provides an AI-powered employee service that automates tasks across sales, content, development, administration, research, and other knowledge-work domains. The Service includes a dedicated AI model, memory and personalization features, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Google Workspace.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using HireAI, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Subscriptions are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@hireai.bot within 7 days of a charge if you believe there's been an error

You agree not to use HireAI to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Generate, distribute, or promote harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service or its underlying models
• Spam, phish, or conduct any form of unsolicited outreach at scale
• Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Service to build a competing product without written permission

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to or create through HireAI. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to operate and improve the Service for your account. We do not use your content to train general-purpose models shared across other customers.

HireAI integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Workspace). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI's outputs will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose.

AI-generated output should be reviewed before use in any high-stakes context (legal, financial, medical, etc.). You are responsible for validating the AI's work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law — with or without notice depending on severity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will do so.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
