• Integration data — content accessed through connected services (e.g., Google Workspace) only with your explicit authorization
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction logs for security and performance purposes

• To personalize your AI employee and build its memory of your preferences
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us deliver the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure, analytics), but only under strict confidentiality agreements and solely for the purpose of operating HireAI.

If you connect Google Workspace or other integrations, those providers' own privacy policies govern how they handle your data on their end.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@hireai.bot. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We apply industry-standard security practices and regularly review our systems for vulnerabilities. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
